If you do not like BDSM then you do not want to read this. This is a story about Eleanor and Marc. Ne;; (Eleanor) just starting working at Cassidy Corporation. On her first day Marc sits with her for lunch. She has no idea who is and starts up a conversation with him and insults him just trying to be friendly. She thinks he is hot. He is called away. Stella (her boss) sits down and finds out who he is. She is sure she will be fired. On the third day she meets Marc accidentally in the stair way going down to lunch. He kisses her and she loses it. Door slams and they break apart. He grabs her hand, goes to the elevator to his office. His receptionist is on her honeymoon so no one is there but them. So this is where everything begins with their D/s association. So much happens from here on out. There is a story line here and as usual it is a roll coaster ride. One thing after the other. I really enjoyed the book and the story line. I would recommend it to anyone who enjoys reading a story with BDSM in it. Great story with lots of steamy sex..

I was a bit skeptical at the start of this story..seemed like the BDSM developed between them a bit too quickly to be believable. However as the story progressed it got SO much better! Really liked the relationship that developed between Marc and Nell...I had depth, not just sex. A definite must read!
I absolutely LOVED this series! Amy Valenti is definitely on my list of "definitely buy" authors. Marc and Eleanor's relationship seemed so real and loving. If you're into this style of book at all, give Hot, Rich and Dominant a read, you won't be disappointed.
I enjoyed this very much, and recommend it if your looking for a short "Fifty Shades" type of story. This was easily as good, and the author used "Dear Diary" to tell the reader of her inner thoughts, which I personally preferred to E L James's "inner goddess".
The story, as the title suggest is light BDSM, with a little mystery subplot.
I thought the storyline for this collection flowed really well, so much so, that I didn't want it to end. The BDSM scenes were well detailed and believable for the storyline. I would have liked for Marc to have found Nell's diary and to see what his resulting reaction would have been. I am really hoping that Amy Valenti will write an epilogue short story as an accompaniment.
Eleanor ( Nell) and Marc are an awesome couple regardless of their sexuality. He is just yummy. She is amazing. They make a beautiful, sexy, delicious book full of sparkle.
This is the first I have read of Amy Valenti and I'm very happy to have read the complete collection. I loved it and would have hated to be kept hanging. It was well written and the characters had good development as did the plot. The sex was hot and frequent!!
I would recommend this set to anyone into BDSM reading.
While this has a 50 shades feel it has its own identity and not a 50 shade carbon cut out type of story. I also liked that it was the entire series all in one set, nothing worse than having to buy and wait for the next book to come out. In "Hot, Rich and Dominant" we meet Nell who has a run in with the son of the company owner she just started working for. When her encounter with the Marc is hardly civil he's aroused and intrigued by her, deciding she is to be his and not taking no for an answer.
This has some hot, light BDSM action and the couple has amazing chemistry. Marc is certainly the alpha male type that makes you wish men like him existed. Overall, a great read.
I love Amy Valenti's books. I bought and read this in 2014. I decided to reread it after recently reading her Club Rack and Ruin - Trilogy Edition book. Hot, Rich and Dominant was as good as I remembered! Marc and Eleanor are great characters. I got lost in their story. They fell for each other a bit quick, but otherwise I completely enjoyed the storyline. The secondary characters add to the story without overpowering the main couple. There was just enough suspense and a shocking end regarding Marc's sister. I'd love to read another book to see where everyone is now. Keep writing!
